About Shamanic Drumming:

Shamanic drumming is a practice that has been used for millennia in various cultures around the world. The repetitive and hypnotic beat of the drum can induce altered states of consciousness, allowing participants to connect with the spirit world, gain insights, and promote deep healing. It's a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.

The drum was the medium our ancestors used to invoke the divine. The ones who played the drum were the intermediary between the divine and human kingdoms. In ancient times, those who performed their sacred rituals used shamanic instruments. Today, we are remembering — reconnecting with this ancestral wisdom, guided by the Spirit of the Drum and supported by our spirit allies.

Through the drum, we awaken memory, medicine, and mystery.

About the 4 Elements:
In the shamanic path, the Four Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — are not just symbols. They are living, conscious forces that dwell within and around us. Each element holds its own medicine, teachings, and spirit.

When we work with the drum, we call upon these elemental forces to support our healing and spiritual growth. As we drum, we invite Earth to ground us, Water to soften us, Fire to purify us, and Air to uplift us. In this sacred container, we remember our connection to all of life — and return to the way of the heart.

Workshop Highlights

Opening Circle: We will begin with a sacred opening ceremony to set intentions and create a safe and respectful space for your inner journey.
Drum Energy Balance: You will listen to my drumming and feel the vibrations through your heart & soul.
Drumming Circle / The 4 Elements
No prior experience is necessary.

We’ll begin with the fundamentals of drumming and gently guide you in discovering your own rhythm: the rhythm of your heart, your body, and your spirit.
In this journey, you will learn the sacred rhythms of the Four Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water - and how to embody and integrate their energies for self-connection, healing, and empowerment.

April 30th - Earth & Air (First Session)
We will begin by grounding into the steady, supportive rhythm of Earth and opening to the breath and lightness of Air. These elements help us root into the present moment while expanding our awareness and clarity.

May 15th - Fire & Water (Second Session)
After a period of integration, we return to explore the transformative pulse of Fire and the flowing, emotional depth of Water. These rhythms awaken your inner fire and restore emotional balance, allowing you to move with power and grace.

Come with your drum or simply bring your presence and receive the medicine of the circle
Drum Healing Journey: Through my drumming, sonic frequencies and Icaros you will be able to receive a sound journey and activate your body to be open to receive higher information and/or visualizations.
Closing Ceremony: We'll conclude the sacred space expressing gratitude, integrating your experiences, and bring ingyou back to your present moment.
